II. Performance Characteristics

1. This machine combines the advantages of the vacuum oil filter and the plate and frame oil filter. The two can not only operate together, but also operate separately, which can effectively purify and treat oil products with complex impurities

2. There is a circulating heating dehydration oil outlet, which can first block the plate fine filter to conduct vacuum dehydration and general impurities filtration for oil, so as to avoid shortening the service life of filter paper due to oil with high water content

3. Multi stage gradually dense filtering system: three-stage gradually dense filtering system. The primary and secondary filter elements are made of steel mesh materials, which are easy to clean and need not be replaced after repeated use; The secondary filter element adopts multiple groups of plane structures, so it is difficult for impurities to accumulate on the filter element surface, and cleaning is simple and fast; Plate type pressurized filtering device is adopted for fine filtration to effectively filter out suspended particulate impurities in oil

4. The water separation and demulsification system adopts high polymer polymer materials, which can quickly break the emulsion and separate the normal water in the oil, making the dehydration more thorough and more efficient

5. Combination of three-dimensional compound stereoscopic flash evaporation and aggregation separation: rapidly and thoroughly remove water and gas from oil

6. Strong wind condensation system: it can quickly condense water vapor into water, improve dehydration rate and reduce the load of vacuum pump

7. A backwash system is set to quickly backwash the filter element that is easy to block, so as to ensure normal and continuous purification and avoid manual disassembly and cleaning

8. The liquid level control adopts the combination of electric floating ball controller and solenoid valve to realize automatic oil feeding and automatic oil level balancing; Accurate and reliable control to avoid oil leakage; And it can interlock and protect heating to prevent dry burning

9. Balanced heating system: ensure that the oil is heated evenly and the heating speed is fast without causing local carbonization of the oil

10. The fuzzy regional heating control can automatically control the operation of the heating system according to the set temperature. The critical heating point is free of turbulence, and the heating is more stable and balanced

11. The digital display intelligent temperature controller can set the upper and lower limits of the heating temperature to ensure stable control and more intuitive temperature display. The temperature measuring probe directly detects the oil temperature, which is sensitive and accurate without hysteresis

12. For equipment with large heating power, group control heating or multi-stage heating and independent control of multiple temperature controllers shall be adopted. The group heating can be selectively input according to the actual situation on site; Multi level cascade heating can automatically control the input amount of heating power according to the setting and timely oil temperature, which can not only rapidly heat the oil with full power when the oil temperature is low, but also automatically maintain the oil temperature with low power when the oil temperature reaches the preset temperature, so that the equipment can save energy and avoid overheating and carbonization of the oil temperature

13. The whole machine is equipped with protection measures against overpressure, overcurrent, overload and dry burning to ensure safe operation of the equipment
