Vacuum oil purifier is designed according to the different boiling point of water and oil. It consists of vacuum heating tank, fine filter, condenser, prefilter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil drain pump and electrical cabinet. The vacuum pump draws out the air in the vacuum tank to form a vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the external oil enters the primary filter through the inlet pipe, removes the larger particles, and then enters the heating tank, and the oil is heated to 40~75 °C. Automatic oil bleed valve, which automatically controls the amount of oil entering and leaving the vacuum tank. The heated oil is rapidly swirled by the spray wings to separate the oil into a semi-fog, and the water in the oil is rapidly evaporated into water vapor and continuously sucked into the condenser by the vacuum pump. The water vapor entering the condenser is cooled and then returned to the original water for release. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump, and the particulate impurities are filtered out through the oil filter paper or the filter element, thereby completing the vacuum oil filter quickly. Remove the impurities, water and gas from the oil, so that the clean oil is discharged from the oil outlet.

 

Five, instructions for use

Connect the oil pipe to and from the oil pipe, connect 380V, connect the safety ground wire, check whether the circuits are connected safely, whether the valves of each oil circuit are open, and then proceed with the operation procedure. Start the cooling water pump first, check whether the water circuit circulation is normal, then click the vacuum pump to make the oil in the vacuum pump operate normally, and then let the vacuum pump run continuously. When the vacuum surface reaches the limit, the oil inlet valve can be opened, and when the oil window is seen in the lower window of the vacuum cylinder, the oil pump switch is activated, the oil draining filter is started, the impurity oil circuit is normally cycled, the heater switch is turned on, and the water in the oil is evaporated. Share. If there is more water in the oil, the oil in the vacuum tank will increase. At this time, the vacuum of the deflation control must be turned on. When the water content is reduced, the oil bleed is lowered and the vent valve is closed to make the vacuum reach the limit. At this time, pay attention to the reaction of each meter. If the pressure gauge reading is greater than 0.3MPa, it means that the filter paper in the filter has more impurities. It needs to be replaced with new filter paper. After the work is finished, refer to the working principle and open the vent valve. The vacuum reaches the normal atmospheric pressure, the oil in the cylinder is drained, and the remaining oil is released from the oil drain plug to prevent mixing into different types of oil in the next use. Pay special attention in the winter to drain the water in the vacuum pump and the water tank. Otherwise, the vacuum pump and the water tank should be frozen.

 

Six, matters needing attention

1. Turn on the power, you must connect the ground wire to operate.
