Structural features of the main components

The oil filter is a movable device composed of a filter bed, an oil pump, a strainer, and the like. The filter bed can be operated continuously, and the filter is pressed into the side filter under pressure to press dirty oil. The filter is composed of a set of alternately arranged filter plates and filter frames and a mechanism including a manual screw pressing device and a pressing plate. A filter paper (or filter cloth) is used as a filter medium between the filter plate and the filter frame (small ring), and the filter plate and the filter frame are pressed against the fixed center tube by the pressure of the pressing device and the movable pressing is performed. Between the plates, a separate filter chamber is formed, which is filtered by a filter paper (or filter cloth) that is pressed between the filter plate and the filter frame. Dirty oil is introduced from the center and filtered through the filter chamber to extract clean oil from another corresponding passage of the filter plate.

 

When filtering, the dirty oil is distributed into each filter frame through the input channel, and the impurities are filtered and drained on the filter plate through the filter paper, and are collected in the output channel and discharged outside the machine. The dirt remains on the surface of the filter paper, and the small water droplets in the milk chemical oil are absorbed by the capillary in the filter paper to form a large-sized bead flow to the bottom of the filter bed, which is discharged from the sewage valve at any time, and the filter residue on the surface of the filter paper is gradually thickened and the filter paper is filtered. The content of water is increased, and the filtration resistance is increased. When it is increased to a certain extent (generally 0.3-0.5 MPa), the filtration should be stopped. After replacing the filter paper, continue to use.

The gear pump and the motor are connected by an elastic rubber pad. In order to avoid mechanical accidents caused by excessive pressure, a safety valve is arranged at the lower part of the oil pump (the product has been adjusted to the specified maximum pressure value at the time of shipment). The safety valve pressure can be set to a lower value according to the user's needs, but it is not allowed to adjust to exceed the specified maximum pressure value. The oil pump and the motor are mounted on the side of the filter portion, and the liquid output from the oil pump is sent to the filter portion through the center tube. The oil pump gear is supported by a rolling bearing that is lubricated by the oil delivered by the oil pump itself. The strainer is installed at the suction end of the oil pump. Its function is to prevent large particles of impurities from entering the oil pump and destroying the oil pump. Remove the filter cover and remove the filter directly. If the filter is covered with dirt, it will not only make the oil filter capacity drop rapidly, but also damage the filter.

 

Machine adjustment and operation

Before use, first check the filter plate and filter frame installation position of the filter part. Starting from the end of the thrust plate, the first piece is the plate, the second piece is the frame, the third piece is the plate, the fourth piece is the frame, and Sorted by , , and so on, the number of boards is one more than the frame. At the same time, the strainer is cleaned, and the filter paper is clamped between the plate frames before the test, and the frame is pressed.

Before starting the machine, the oil pump shaft must be rotated by two or three turns by hand. It is considered flexible, there is no jamming phenomenon, and the sampling nozzle is closed, and then the oil resistant hose (or iron pipe) is connected with the oil suction end and the oil discharge end of the oil filter machine. Well, check the inlet and outlet tubing for blockage and oil leakage. At this time, you can turn it on. The correct direction of rotation of the motor is the direction indicated by the arrow on the oil pump cover and gear pump nameplate and cannot be reversed. If everything is normal, the oil pump will absorb oil within a few seconds after starting the machine. If it has not been sucked for half a minute, this means that the suction end of the oil pump and the oil sample valve are leaking. Stop the work immediately, try again after troubleshooting, and prevent the gear. The pump is damaged when there is no oil.

If the value indicated by the pressure gauge is very high 0.4-1.6 MPa after starting the machine, the oil pump has abnormal sound, and should stop immediately to find out the fault and eliminate it.

 

Machine operating procedures

Before the operation, the filter paper will be punched carefully, and carefully sandwiched between each filter plate and filter frame. The number of filter papers per layer is generally 1-2 sheets, depending on the filter requirements and the quality of the filter paper. Do not deflect to cause leakage and affect the filtering effect.

The filter paper should be dried before use, and the drying temperature is about 120 °C. When using the used filter paper, the filter paper must be dried and should not be damaged. Note that one side of the filter residue (the dirty side) should be placed against the filter frame, and the filter plate should not be used to prevent the filter residue from being washed during this filter. Down, contaminate the filtered oil. When the filtration pressure is high and the filter paper is found to be broken, the filter cloth can be lined on one side of the filter plate to increase the strength of the filter paper. After the filter paper is placed, turn the handwheel to press the filter paper. When pressing the plate, only one person can be used, and the compression handle cannot be lengthened to be pressed to avoid damage to the machine.

Close the sampling nozzle. If the user has a valve on the oil drain, the valve should be opened. Turn on the power of the motor to make the oil filter work. The normal working pressure of the oil filter varies with the viscosity of the filter oil and the resistance of the discharge pipe. Generally, it is in the range of 0.05-0.3 MPa, and the initial pressure of filtration is lower. As the filtration time increases, the filter residue and filter paper absorb more water and the pressure gradually increases. When it reaches a certain level (depending on the user's requirements for oil), the filter paper should be replaced.

The cast steel frame oil filter is two filter holes. When replacing the filter paper, just loosen the filter plate and the filter frame, take out the dirty filter paper, install the new filter paper, and then shake it tightly. If you need to remove the plate and Please remember the color of the board and frame mark. It must be installed in the future when installing, otherwise the frame filter unit will not work properly.

The plate and frame oil filter of the five-hole filter plate filter frame can be installed in any direction.

During the oil filtering process, when the oil level at the bottom of the filter bed reaches a certain height, please open the single-nozzle valve below to suck out the oil. After the oil is sucked clean, remember to close the single-nozzle valve, otherwise the oil will not be pumped up. When extracting the oil sample, you can unscrew the nozzle to sample. When stopping, first open the intake valve, stop the oil pipe after no oil, close the inlet and outlet valves, stop the oil pump, loosen the pressing device, remove the filter paper piece by piece, clean the filter paper and filter residue in the filter frame, replace the filter paper and re-clamp Press tight and cover the fuel tank. Finally, clean the strainer, clean it and re-tighten the bolts for reuse.

 

Machine maintenance and safety technology

1. Always keep the machine clean.

2. The filter plate filter frame is relatively fragile and should be handled with care.

3. When pushing the oil filter, the speed should not be too fast, to avoid the equipment being violently impacted and damaging the equipment.

4. Lubricate the screw nut regularly.

5. When using the oil filter, the motor casing should be electrically grounded to prevent accidents caused by poor motor insulation.

6. The connecting bolts of each bracket of the motor should be checked frequently to prevent loosening.

7. If you find that the amount of oil is insufficient, check the following five aspects:

(1) Leakage is required at the suction pipe, strainer, inlet valve, and joint.

(2) The suction line is too long (generally not more than 5 meters) or the pipe diameter does not meet the requirements.

(3) Whether the inlet pipe and the strainer network are clogged.

(4) Whether the suction pipe is equipped with other accessories and causes excessive resistance.

(5) Whether the gear pump is loose or not tight.
